Developed with the latest in client/server technologies, RxSERVER® functions as a transaction exchange utility module for the real-time collection, control and sharing of primarily prescription claim information, whether in NCPDP or a proprietary format, between disparate systems. The system stores all information including patient history, doctor and drug files, as well as centralized Drug Utilization Review (DUR), and provides real-time interfaces to this combined medical and pharmacy benefits data to determine deductibles, benefit maximums, defined contributions, and medical savings accounts. It also performs real-time pre and post adjudication edits to reduce claim submission errors, as well as a host of standard and user-created reporting features. The product is ideal for pharmacy/supermarket chains, HMOs and outpatient pharmacies that require shared and/or centrally controlled data in a real-time environment.
