The system assists in managing relationships through contract management, notes facilities, calculating market share, and in creating billing details and summaries.
The system utilizes NCPDP’s rebate standards as its foundation. The flexible table driven system allows users to create market share lists, rebate eligible items list, enter contract and pricing terms and manage performance schedules and administration fee schedules. RxMAX® provides the ability to allocate the monies received from these arrangements back to insurers, employer groups, other payors, and brokers through the use of table driven disbursement allocation and scheduling rules. This provides users the flexibly to meet your partner agreements. The system outputs can be obtained as reports, files or data marts to permit the organizations the ability to perform analysis of the data and manage the contracts to their maximum potential.
